ISPS support a number of sport related charities.

The International Blind Golf Association (IBGA) was formed in 1998 by the Chairman of ISPS, Dr Handa.

The IBGA is the governing and sanctioning body for international blind golf events and is dedicated to promoting the sport and assisting blind golfers enjoyment of the sport. Today, Dr Handa is proudly the Honorary Patron and also Honorary President the Japanese Blind Golf Association.

ISPS are also proud supporters of the On-Course Foundation and the Duke of York Foundation. ISPS are working alongside these two notable charities to further promote their Paralympic mission.

The biennial World Blind Golf Championship is one of several tournaments sanctioned by the International Blind Golf Association. Other sanctioned tournaments include National Open events in Japan, Britain, Italy, Australia, Canada and the United States.
